Tarangire National park day trip

On this day we will travel to Tarangire National Park, two-hour (120km) journey from Arusha.

Tarangire is a sanctuary to an unusually large elephant population, majestic baobab trees are an interesting feature of the park. Animals concentrate along the Tarangire River which provides the only permanent water supply in the area. There is a great diversity of wildlife including lions, leopards, cheetah and up to six thousand elephants. Enjoy full day of game drives and in the afternoon we will drive back to Arusha.

We will pick you up in the morning at 06:00am from your hotel in Moshi or upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro/Arusha airports in a 4X4 Safari jeep special for safari. The drive from Arusha to Tarangire takes approximately 2 hours.

After full day of safari game drive we will return to Arusha at 04;00 pm.
