Natron River Camp

Natron River Camp is located in the Lake Natron area of Northern Tanzania.

This simple camp is situated alongside the main road just south of Natron village and comprises of an open-sided public area and guest accommodation in permanent tents. It is a very intimate property which has 8 luxury tents with shower, toilet and a wash basin.

This is the perfect place to stay in border of the Natron Lake.

It also has one mess tent facing Lengaï and Natron lake. Each room is powered, has a separate bathroom and garden view. Some of them also have a tree-shaded terrace.

Lake Natron Camp is a unique, ecological camp set in one of the most visually dramatic locations in the world! Home to the Maasai, abundant wildlife and over 1 million flamingos, our camp is perfectly situated for amazing adventures!

Lake Natron Camp is home to the Hominid footprints, the largest breeding ground for Lesser Flamingo & Ol Doinyo Lengai, the only active carbonatite volcano in the world (and hardest 1 day hike in East Africa!).

Lake Natron Camp consists of six simple but clean tents with beautiful views, a comfortable bed and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

In the dining tent, you enjoy various drinks and delicious fresh meals prepared by great chefs.

Whilst in camp, relax with a glass of wine in our natural pool or have a massage from a local Maasai. Take a short walk to the lake or cool off in the waterfalls.
