Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania – Welcome to Arusha

Upon arrival in Tanzania, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide and transferred to your lodge in Arusha. Set against the backdrop of Mount Meru, Arusha offers a peaceful introduction to the country’s beauty. Take the evening to relax, recover from your journey, and anticipate the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Lake Manyara Game Drive & Mto wa Mbu Cultural Experience or Tarangire NP

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park, a lush gem nestled beneath the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Enjoy a scenic game drive through groundwater forests and open plains—home to elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, flamingos, and the park’s famous tree-climbing lions.

Later, step into real Tanzanian life with a guided Mto wa Mbu cultural experience. Day 4-6: Game view in northern Serengeti | 2 Nights

Day 4: Serengeti Game Drive en Route to Northern Serengeti – Mara River

After breakfast, enjoy a game drive through the Serengeti as you journey north toward one of Africa’s most dramatic wildlife arenas—the Mara River.

Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch or a picnic, then head out in the afternoon to begin Mara River crossing sightseeing. Watch as massive herds of wildebeest and zebras gather at the riverbanks, building tension before the crossings—one of the greatest wildlife spectacles on Earth.

As the sun sets, return to camp with stories already etched into memory.

Day 5: Full Day Mara River Game Drives – The Great Migration

This day is fully dedicated to the Serengeti Mara River crossing experience—the heart of the Great Migration.

Start early with a morning Mara River game drive, when predators are active and herds move cautiously toward the water. After lunch and rest, return in the afternoon for an evening Mara River game drive, increasing your chances of witnessing dramatic crossings.

Day 6: Mara River Sunrise Safari & Drive to Lake Natron
